She was born in Dayton, Ohio to Wilhelmina and Carl Eberhart.
She graduated,in 1948,from Denison University in Granville, Ohio with a degree in social work. In 1949, she married Gene Wilson in Dayton. She was a former resident of Whitewater, Wisconsin and Green Valley, Arizona.
She was survived by her daughters; Barbara Miroslaw, Martha Arnold and Linda (Doug) Brems; grandchildren, Brandon Arnold and Dana, Lauren and Andrew Brems; her sister, Jean Overholser; nieces, Gloria (Jeff) LeVay, Diane Becher and Linda Becher and grand-nephews, Jeff (Denise) LeVay and Jeremy LeVay.
She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant brother, Richard Eberhart, and her husband, Gene Wilson.
