Samuel Eugene Fowler, 58, of Lookout Mountain, GA passed away on Friday, December 24, 2021 at Memorial Hospital. Sam was born July 15, 1963 in LaFayette, Ga. to the late Don Fowler and Mary Wilkes. Sam loved working in HVAC. He loved electrical work and will be remembered as a great man. Sam was loved by family, friends and all who knew him. He will be dearly missed.
In addition to his father, Sam was preceded in death by his grandfather, Debs Fowler; his grandmother, Ruth Fowler; son, Donald Eugene Fowler jr.; sister Donna Fowler, and cousin, Ray Veal.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Mary Wilkes; sons, Sam Jr. and Heath Fowler and his beloved girlfriend, Carla Sloan.
A graveside service for Sam will be held at 11:00 AM on Sunday, December 26, 2021 at Mount Olive Cemetery, Lookout Mountain, Ga.
