May Hacking Calder

May Hacking Calder was born August 24, 1891 at Ashley, Uintah County, Utah.

Her parents were James Hacking and Annie Maria Glines. She was graduated from District School and Uintah High School.

Served as chorister of Sunday School and as Primary teacher in Maeser Ward, Stake YLMIA Secretary, Stake Primary Chorister, Primary President, also 1st and 2nd counselor and chorister of Vernal 1st Ward Primary, Stake Theology class leader and 2nd, then 1st counselor in Uintah Stake Relief Society.

She served 20 years altogether on the Stake Relief Society Board. She was ward Relief Society president, also chorister and visiting teacher in Vernal 1st Ward. At present she is serving as a Stake Missionary in Uintah Stake. She was married to Wallace Calder August 31, 1910 in the Salt Lake Temple.

May Hacking is the daughter of Annie Maria Glines and James Hacking. She married Wallace Calder. They have eight children.
