George "Curly" Londos passed away Saturday, April 17, 2021. George was born in McGill, Nevada on June 19, 1926. He served in WWII as a Merchant Marine.
He met Irene Emily Wilk (a high school teacher in Ely Nevada) and married her on May 14, 1952. The young couple moved to Phoenix, Arizona where George completed his Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Education from Arizona State University. George and Irene moved to Riverside, California in 1955, where he taught Biology and Anatomy and Physiology at Riverside Polytechnic High School until 1969. He went on to teach Anatomy and Physiology at Riverside Community College until his retirement in 1989.
George was preceded in death by his wife, Irene in 1994.
