Mary worked as a full time stay at home mom and military wife for several years, caring for her children and husband, Wendy's, Mary Kays Cosmetics, Interior Decorating and Design, and IRS where she retired in November of 2009. Mary was best known for her beautiful laughter, her smile, her amazing Zucchini bread, cookies, homemade noodles and soups, sewing, and her home interior ideas. She loved most the 50's,60's,70's, and 80's, hippy, blues, and all country music, thanks to her kids she enjoyed newer music and some rock music as well.

Her favorite time of year was Christmas. She loved decorating and shopping for her kids, and grandkids, as well as family and friends. She had a big heart, she was thankful for her blessing in her life, and cared for everyone.

Mary was driven and active even when she suffered in pain due to some medical and health problems, she continued to try and clean, and organize and felt like there was something she had to get done even in her last days.
