Steven Wallace, 60, of New Castle passed away Monday, December 13, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 19, 1961 in New Castle, Indiana, a son of Sammie and Annis (Marks) Wallace.
He was a 1979 graduate of Knightstown High School. He was a member of Cross Road Church in New Castle, he was a member of the Praise Team where he loved to sing. Steven loved fishing, hunting and sports, especially the Chicago Cubs. Family was everything to him, especially his children and grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Leanne Wallace whom he married December 14, 1985; mother, Annis Wallace; children, Megan Saunders, Bradley Wallace and Christopher (Kayla) Wallace; grandchildren, William, Maddox, Merida, Addison, Dawson and Hendricks Wallace; siblings, Sam (Susan) Wallace, David (Joyce) Wallace, Sylvia (Todd) Miller and Linda (Kevin) Kirk.
Steven was preceded in death by his father.
Services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 17, 2021 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service with Rev. Danny Douglas officiating. Burial will follow in South Mound Cemetery, West Lawn Addition.
