OWATONNA - James J. Betlock, of Owatonna died Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2007 at the Homestead Hospice House of Owatonna. He was 93 years of age.
Jim was born on April 6, 1914 the son of Emil and Martha (Falk) Betlock. Jim was a life-long resident of Owatonna. Jim's career spanned many years working for the Souba Farm and Nursery of Owatonna.
Jim is survived by his son-in-law, Dave Stursa of Owatonna and his grandson, Scott Stursa of New York City, N.Y.
Jim was preceded in death by his wife Angie (Brady) Betlock and his daughter Sandi Stursa. He was also preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
A private internment will be held at Forest Hill Cemetery in Owatonna. The family requests no cards; memorials may be directed to the Homestead Hospice House of Owatonna. Funeral arrangements completed with the Brick-Meger Funeral Home.
