She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 30 years, Marlin Garrett; and brother, Edwin Bailey. Surviving are two daughters, Brandi Ingram and husband, Aaron of Ft. Worth, and Malinda Garrett of Rhome; stepson, James Ray Garrett of Dallas; granddaughter, Kaitlyn Ingram; sister, Marlene Rachuig and husband, David of Ft. Worth; and brother, Eddie Bailey and wife, Kim of Arlington.
