WELLS, Beulah Belle (nee Bowling) beloved wife of the late Elvin "Cotton" Rigney and E.F. "Bill" Wells.
Beulah was one of ten children born to Robert and Cora Bowling. Beulah was an active member of her community participating in many different service activities, including volunteering at the local homeless shelter and as a scout leader. As a longtime member of Evendale Community Church she enjoyed being actively involved in the church community and served as a Sunday School teacher. In her free time, Beulah enjoyed traveling and explored many places throughout the United States, Europe, Latin and South America.
