Oct 1828 Flat Creek, TN, daughter of George Norman Sr b. 1727 England, d. 1795 Cross Keys, Union Co, SC and wife, Margaret Dodd who died in Union Co, SC, AFTER 1800 census). The land grant for George Norman, Sr is on what is now Jones Ford Road, Cross Keys, Union Co, SC, not very far from the 955 Jones Ford Rd address of Belton Lawson and wife, Betty Jo (Sparks) Lawson. The tip end of this property is now in the recently built Fishing Lake called Lake Macedonia. George Norman and Margaret Dodd had 10 children, none of which had two given names. Their daughter, Elizabeth Norman married Enoch Floyd, Jr, brother of David Floyd, Sr who married Jane Norman. Enoch Jr and wife, Elizabeth had no children. At least none were listed in his Will in Union Co, SC.
