Mary was born February 14, 1933, the daughter of Henrich "Henry" and Mary Alice (Smith) Wachtendorf on the family farm near Carthage. On September 16, 1956, she was united in marriage to Wallace Junior Patrick at Trinity Lutheran Church in Carthage. Mary served as a children's Sunday school teacher for many years and also actively supported the Gideon's Society. She was a great cook and loved being outside. She also loved farming and was very actively involved in her grandchildren's lives.
Mary is survived by her 4 children, 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 2 sisters.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Junior Patrick; and a brother Richard Lee Wachtendorf.
Burial to follow in Moss Ridge Cemetery in Carthage.
