Ava Allen age 66 of Bulls Gap passed away at her home Wednesday November 24, 2021. She was a lifelong nurse before retirement and loved taking care of her patients. She was an active member of Mt Pleasant UM Church and attended as long as her health permitted. She is survived by her friends "family": Adreana and Doug Parker, Johnny and Diane Foshie, Arieana Justis, Jacy Justis, Gage Parker, Alyssa Parker, Athena Parris, Lula Parris, and Jalynn Mitchell. She is preceded husband: Charles Allen, parents: Mary Bulgarinni and Joseph Spieker, brother: Joe Spieker, sister: Mary Gruppioni. At her request she will be cremated and laid to rest beside her late husband at Andrew Johnson National Cemetery.
