She was born in Bath County, Kentucky on September 5, 1926 to the late Cleve Buckler and Nara Ellis Buckler.
Louise retired from General Electric in Lexington after 30 years of service. She was a member of the East Fork Church of God and loved her flowers and enjoyed going to senior citizens, cooking and working word search puzzles.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Franklin J. Fry, three brothers; Aitkin Buckler, Omer Buckler and George Buckner, three sisters; Anna Lee Anderson, Ada Snelling and Elizabeth Crouch.
Survivors include her brother, Gene Buckler of Morehead, Kentucky, two sisters; Ottie Planck of Morehead and Mary Etta Coyle of Owingsville, and a special niece Judy Pennington (Lowell) of Morehead and several other nieces and nephew and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday November 27, 2021 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home at 89 Slate Ave. Owingsville, Kentucky 40360 with Rev. Billy Harmon officiating.
Burial will follow in the Longview Cemetery at Bethel.
Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville will be after 5:00 PM Friday.
Pallbearers will include; Zachery Jones, Jeff Harmon, Ken Conatser, JR Bailey, Lowell Pennington and Wayne Clark.
Honorary pallbearers include, Ottie Planck, Billie Dailey and Linda Anderson.
