Elizabeth Breens Crouch, age 89, of Greenfield, passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2014 at Heartland of Hillsboro.
She was born on November 5, 1924 in Owingsville, Kentucky, the daughter of Cleveland and Nora (Ellis) Buckler.
She was a member of Greenfield Church of Christ and was a homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, Nancy (Denver) Wright of Hillsboro and Juanita (Jerry) Ray of Canal Winchester; one son, James A. Crouch of Greenfield; seven grandchildren, Kathy Brown, Deanna Lane, Cheri Welch, Rob and Doug Wilson, Brandon and Brittany Crouch; sixteen great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren; two brothers, Gene Buckler and Omer Buckler both of Kentucky; three sisters, Louise Fry, Ollie Planck, and Mary Etta Coyle all of Kentucky; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Crouch on March 11, 1998; one grandson, Jerry Wright; two great grandchildren, Kristina and Holly Welch; two brothers, George and Aitkin Buckler; two sisters, Anna Lee Anderson and Ada Snelling and both parents.
Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, April 10, at the Greenfield Church of Christ with Pastor Danny Dodds and Pastor Dallas Puckett officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenfield Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 9, at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield.
