Peter G. Plante II, 77, of Oak Drive, Mansfield, formerly of the Fairfield-Bridgeport area, died at his home Thursday Sept. 29. He was born in 1916 in Fairfield, son of the late Peter and Natalie Plante Sr., and moved to Mansfield eight years ago. He had been employed by Harvey Hubbell, Inc., Bridgeport, for over 30 years. He was a communicant of St. Columba Church, Columbia. He was the husband of the late Victoria C. (Norkus) Plante, and the late Grace (Gaines) Plante.
