He was a carpenter and worked construction most of his life.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Hudson Curtis, his grandparents, Ova J. and Marguerie Curtis and JC and Sammie Mathis and brother-in-law, Larry Dale Martin.
Survivors:
Parents, Billy and Bobbie Curtis of Liberty, his Children, Kandy Carmelita Curtis of Lebanon and Kasey Elaine (Jeffery) Petrocelli of Bowling Green, KY., One brother, Ronald Jay Curtis, Sister, Connie Ann Martin, His Grandchildren, Caster Ian Scott Curtis, Gloria Katherine Williams and Gabriel Christopher Dutch.
He is survived by one Great-Grandchild, Krimson Kye Williams and his niece, Natasha (Franklin) Figgins.
