Born Nov. 4, 1929, in Milltown, she lived in Springdale the past 52 years. Mrs. Shockley was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church, Springdale. Survivors include her husband, Eugene T. Shockley; three sons, Randy Shockley and Greg Shockley, both of Springdale, and Lon Shockley of Templeton; a daughter, Lorna Sovel of Springdale; seven grandchildren; six great-grand-children; two brothers, Edward Troutman of Penn Hills and James Troutman of Florida; and a sister, Shirley Troutman of Buffalo Township. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Callie Kiser Troutman; two brothers, Clair and Glenn Troutman; and four sisters, Goldie Watson, Beulah Helwig, Marion Gillespie and Thelma Troutman. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in Sringdale at the Charles B. Jarvie Funeral Home, 801 Pittsburgh St., where services are set for 10 a.m. Friday.
