Jane was born on the 31st January 1816, and baptised on 2 February 1816 at St Nicholas Church, Ash, Kent.
She married Thomas Collett on 6 June 1839 at St Nicholas Church, Ash, Kent and they had 4 children.
C1. Thomas Trusson Collett baptised 8/4/1840 (see attached memorial)
C2. Ann Friend Collett born 13/6/1841, baptised 31/8/1841, she was a spinster and living at Dane Park House, Ramsgate, she died 31/5/1941 (aged 99, just 13 days before her 100 birthday). Checked with RHS, and Ann is not on the records as being interred at Ramsgate (George was, so I have added him)
C3. James Tomlin Collett born in 1843 (see attached memorial)
C4. George Collett baptised on 11/3/1844 (see attached memorial)
Their marriage was witnessed by Thomas Minter Tomlin, Margaret Collett, Mary Hatfield, Jane or James ....? and Sackett Tomlin.
Thomas was a yeoman of 411 acres of land, employing 23 men and boys.
She sadly died aged just 29 years old and she was buried on 5 July 1845 at Woodnesborough.
