Sheila Rose (Watkins) Harper died on November 11, 2021 at the age of 70, at her home surrounded by loved ones.

Sheila was born on April 10, 1951 to Arthur Frank and Margie Alice Watkins in Lewiston, MT. She graduated from Geraldine High School of Geraldine, MT in May of 1969, she later graduated in 1983 from Northern Montana College with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and then Graduated "the first graduating class" of Weber State University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technician.

She married the love of her life Thomas Archie Harper on March 17, 1972 in Geraldine, MT at the Community Methodist Church. Later they were sealed for time and all eternity on November 17, 1986 in the Cardston Alberta Temple. Together they had three daughters and many other children they adopted along the way.

She was a teacher in Geraldine, MT, then later moved to Kallispell, MT to teach, tutor and translate for the deaf. She had so many fond memories about her students, and loved them as her own. She had a thirst for knowledge which brought her to Utah where she became a laboratory technologist and ran the blood bank at American Fork Hospital until she retired in 2002 to be a full time Grammy.

She loved cooking, she was always cutting and prepping for a meal. Everyone knew that if you had a meal from mom, you would not walk away hungry. She would take a recipe add her magic to it and it would always be amazing and plenty of it.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Archie Harper; five daughters, Blair Roberts (Nikki Baird) of Tooele, UT, Margie (David Pagano) of Roy, UT, Jessie (Brandon Waite) of Eagle Mountain, UT, Rose Ann Harper of Roy, Ut, and Sarah Harper of Roy, UT; grandchildren, Aimee, Amanda (Jess), Isabella, Maximus (Chay), McCormick, Montanna, Rhiverton, Blaizzer, AnaSophia, Zoey, Jack, and Alex and many more, and her great grandson, Madden.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her three older brothers, and granddaughter Lexy.

In honor of Sheila, please wear something blue, this was her favorite color and we would love to have her celebrated.

Interment will be in Washington Heights Memorial Park.
