Born on Nov. 2, she was a daughter of the late Helen E. Spackman and a granddaughter of the late Rosewell and Elizabeth (Perks) Butterworth, all of Philipsburg.
Patricia attended the Philipsburg Church of the Nazarene and was a homemaker, former Decatur Township auditor and employee of Ames Department Store.
She was a beloved mother of four and is survived by them and their spouses, Edward Jarrett and his wife Marlene, Tammy Cassler and her husband David Jr., Spencer Jarrett and his fiancé Darla Logan and Misti Weld and her husband Dan, all of Philipsburg. She is also survived by six grandchildren David J. Cassler (Danielle), Justin Jarrett (Iliene), Shea Jarrett, Daniel Weld, Patrick Weld and Shelby Weld; and five great grandchildren.
Honoring Patricia's wishes, there will be no public visitation.
A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family with Pastor John Versaw officiating.
Arrangements are under the care of the Dahlgren-Spewock Funeral Home, Inc., 228 N. Centre St. Philipsburg.
