**Rance's birth date on his stone does not match his death certificate. His parents married in 1868, so I believe his actual birth date is in 1869. Since I am unable to locate a birth cert for him., I am using the death cert as the date of birth. If anyone locates it, PLEASE let me know.

Ransom "Rance" Henry Robinson was the son of William Franklin Robinson and Indian Juanita Prince. It is believed that his mother died during childbirth. He married Caldonia "Doney" Wilkins and had the following children:

1. Rosa Lee Robinson married Albert Isaac Lampman
2. Annie Emaline Robinson married Joshua Meredith Chesser
3. Laverna B married 1. UNK Allen and 2. UNK Hawkins
4. Ozell Jackson Robinson married Eva Irene Davel
5. Mammie Robinson married 1.Harvey Vernon Walker and 2. Bill Cole Heathington
6. Viola T Robinson married first Alan Hawkins and second UNK O'Neal
7. Hubert Isaac married Gladys Laverne Tipton
8. William Marom married Carolyn Jo Hall

Doney and Rance lived in Mills County, TX as farmers. They moved to Johnson County with their eldest daughter, Rosa Lee, who preceded them in death in 1936.
