James Dunn age 87 of Plattsmouth, formerly of Louisville, NE, passed away on November 6, 2021 at the Waterford at Woodbridge Assisted Living in Plattsmouth, Nebraska. He was born on January 26, 1934 in Omaha, Nebraska to Homer and Mary (Pfeiffer) Dunn.

He graduated from Creighton Prep High School and enlisted in the United States Army, faithuly serving his Country. James was united in marriage to Jeanette Masek on May 28, 1960 in Omaha, Nebraska and together they raised two children Kathleen and Allen. He worked the majority of his career as an electrician for Union Pacific Railroad. He enjoyed time spent with his children and grandchildren, working in his yard and garden or just simply tinkering with projects around his house.

He is survived by his daughter, Kathleen (Mike) Langford of Plattsmouth, NE, 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Jeanette, son Allen and two brothers, Larry and Vernon.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 10:30 AM at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Manley, Nebraska. Visitation will be one hour before services at the Church.

Interment will be in St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery, Manley, NE
