Donna Kay Haney, 60, of Hickman, Kentucky passed away 9:58 p.m. Sunday, October 31, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital Desoto in Southaven, Mississippi.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Pentecostal Tabernacle in Water Valley. Pastor Markus McClure will officiate. Burial will follow in Hickman City Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and at Pentecostal Tabernacle from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of services Thursday.

Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to Pentecostal Tabernacle Youth Program, 16235 State Route 45, Water Valley, Kentucky 42085

Donna was born July 15, 1961, in Union City, daughter of the late Elihue and Corene (Johnson) Elks. She married Joey Haney April 24, 1983. He survives. Donna was employed by the City of Hickman where she served as city clerk and attended Pentecostal Tabernacle.

She is also survived by one daughter, Malena Haney of Hickman, Kentucky; three grandsons, Jaxson Kimmons and Javen Kimmons both of Hickman, Kentucky and Bryant Kimmons of South Fulton; five sisters, Eleanor Johnson of Hickman, Kentucky, Frances Johnson of Henderson, Kentucky and Pearl Dick, Marilyn Bing and Joyce Kuta all of Union City; and two brothers, Danny Elks (Faye) of Union City and John David Elks (Janice) of Pahrump, Nevada.

She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Carol Ruth Elks and Patricia Ann Farmer; and three brothers, Odie O'Neal Elks, Robert "Bud" Elks and Jimmy Elks, Sr.
