Mrs. Zumwalt had a stroke of paralysis Friday from which death resulted Monday. She is survived by her husband, four daughters, and one son. Mrs. Herb Pumpelly of Sedan is a daughter. The others are Mrs. Farthoming and Mrs. Hooper of Oklahoma and Mrs. Reese of Texas. With the exception of the last named, all were present. Miss Gertie Pershall of Peru was also here for the burial.
The Zumwalt family were formerly highly respected citizens of Chautauqua County, and the deceased is recalled with great affection by many friends.
