She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Looney and Ella Mae Looney; and her sister Ann Lynn Atkinson. She is survived by : her spouse Buddy Harper; her sibling Cheryl Parks (Woody); and her significant other Happy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, special friends.
