Bessie was the sixth of seven children born to George Alexander and Margaret Alice (Lippard) Moose. She married Leon R. Wensil Sr. and they had six children: Annie Bell, Helen, Leon R. Jr., (infant son), Lela Jeanette and Larry Eugene.

CONCORD - Mrs. Bessie Moose Wensil 91, homemaker, died Nov. 13, 1992, at Brian Center in Mooresville. Funeral is 11 a.m. Monday at Oakwood Cemetery.
Visitation is 6:30 to 8 tonight at Wilkinson Funeral Home.
Survivors are her son, Lee Wensil of Charlotte; daughter, Mrs. Jeanette Davis of Lake Worth, Fla.
Memorials may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church discretionary fund, 63 Lake Concord Rd., Concord, N.C. 28025.
She was buried on 16 Nov 1992 in Oakwood Cemetery, Statesville, Iredell County, North Carolina.
