Mark was born in July of 1963 to Charles LeRoy and Betty Marie Mendenhall.
Mark is survived by his daughters, Amber (Matthew) Camfield of Mt. Zion and Tina of Blue Mound. Grandchildren, Matthew and MacKenzie of Mt. Zion, brother, Bradley (Vickie) of Decatur, and several nieces and nephews.
Mark graduated from Eisenhower High School in 1982. He worked for Wagner Castings, Long Creek Township Water Department and Fuyao.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, brother, Michael, sisters, Mary, Marylon.
Mark loved fishing and hunting, and rock music. He was a wealth of music trivia, he loved telling jokes and loved gardening. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
A family led Graveside services October 30, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at North Fork Cemetery, Decatur, IL.
