Charles Higgins Jr., 67 of East Liverpool passed suddenly at his home on Friday, October 22, 2021, following a lengthy illness.
A son of the late Charles Higgins Sr., and Alice M. Wooley Higgins, he was born in East Liverpool on September 10, 1954.
A retired over the road truck driver, Chuck was a Nazarene by faith and a 1973 graduate of East Liverpool High School. The highlights of his life were family and everything Elvis. Also, he was a proud veteran of the US Army.
Along with his parents, Chuck was preceded in death by a sister, Flossie K. "Flo" Miller, and his brother, Richard Higgins.
Saddened by his loss are his children, Angela Higgins and James Conrad of East Liverpool, his sisters, Karen (Howard) Bott, and Sheila (Huff) Hoffman of East Liverpool, and two grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews survive as well.
Pastor Dirk Hall will celebrate Chuck's life at the Arner Funeral Chapel on Monday, October 25 at 7:00 p.m. Friends are invited to visit with family two hours prior to the service, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Private interment will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park. 10-23-2021
