Randy was born December 10, 1957 in Pekin to George and Peggy (Plummer) Heath. They preceded him in death.
Surviving are two daughters, Sabrina (Mitchell) Mullins of Washington, Brittney (Christopher) Hogue of Pekin; six grandchildren, Clark Hogue, Scarlett Mullins, Alanna Hogue, Tobias Mullins, Genevieve Hogue and Josie Mullins; two sisters, Melanie (Terry) Coryell of Pekin and Colletta (Greg) Tribbett of Florida; six nephews and two nieces.
Randy was a laborer at Caterpillar, Inc.
Randy was a football player and state champion wrestler for Pekin Community High School in 1976. He enjoyed motorcycle riding, collecting hats, bowling, drawing and sketching.
Burial will be at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
