Bridgeton, Dec. 12 - Prof. Warren Marts, former principal of the South Jersey Institute, of Bridgeton, died here yesterday. He was 68.
Professor Marts was born in Dividing Creek and came to Bridgeton as a student at the Institute in 1887. He attended Bucknell University and then taught at various schools, including the famous old Institute. He also taught at Pennsburg, Pa., and Montclair.
Professor Marts is survived by two daughters [sic - both sisters], Mrs. A.J. Ogden and Mrs. Gertrude Lore, of Bridgeton, and one son, William Marts of White Plains, N.Y. His wife died in 1935.
