Officer James was a man that my dad worked with on the Duncan Police Dept. and was killed in the line of duty. There was a report of shots fired and he was the first on scene. When he did not answer his radio call they sent units out to check on him. He was found shot. The killer was caught and serving life in prison. I am a police officer that knows the dangers and respect those who gave their life.
