Frank was a member of Union Run Baptist Church, and he was a graduate of Albemarle High School.
He leaves to cherish his memory a son, Frank E. Brown III; two daughters, Quant'e Stewart and LaShawnda Brown, and Dennis Taley; 10 grandchildren; one brother, Thomas Gordon; five sisters, Deloris Saylor, Louise Dyer, Dorothy Brooks, Darcella Stinnie, Mary Green (Mary Jane); special thanks to Anne McCathy, Louise Dyer, Phillip Dyer, and a devoted nephew Robert Dyer; devoted uncles and aunts; a host of devoted nieces and nephews and devoted friends.
A graveside service was held at Union Run Baptist and Church cemetery. A walk-through viewing was held at J. F. Bell Funeral Home Chapel. J. F. Bell Funeral Home Inc., Charlottesville, VA.
