Corrine (Spiekermeier) Anderson, 100 passed away on Monday, November 21, 2016 at Maryhill Manor, Enderlin, North Dakota.

Corrine was born on July 19, 1916 in Sheldon, North Dakota to Herman Henry and Maria Magdalena (Meierotto) Spiekermeier. She grew up on a farm near Sheldon, North Dakota. She married Vernon Anderson and they lived in Fargo, North Dakota. Corrine did household maintenance for select families in Fargo and had the distinction of working for Colonel Carroll, a Civil War veteran in Lisbon.

They retired to Sheldon, where she was known for keeping her families freezer full of the best ever sugar cookies, bars and her white coconut cake. She also was an avid gardener, devoted wife and impeccable housekeeper. Corrine had a smile for everyone, was a kind, generous, devoted Catholic who was always thoughtful of others. She was a member of the St. Mary's Altar Society and the Highland Homemakers Club.
Corrine is survived by her brother, Thomas (Connie) Spiekermeier and sister-in-law, Ardys Spiekermeier all of Sheldon, ND; numerous nieces and nephews.

Corrine was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Vernon Anderson, brothers and sister-in-law, A.J. "Manny" and Nita Spiekermeier, Paul Spiekermeier and sister, Herma (Hayes) Shaw.
