Daniel Patrick Brewer, age 68 passed away on October 12, 2021 at Mercy Hospice Newton, Iowa.
Dan was born April 2, 1953 to Robert Earl Brewer Jr and Patricia Ann (Carlisle) Brewer. He grew up on the south side of Des Moines and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1971 and Upper Iowa University in 1993.
Dan enjoyed golfing and watching sports, especially the Iowa Hawkeyes. Dan also enjoyed music, including playing guitar and piano.
Dan was proceeded in death by his parents, his sister and a grandson.
He is survived by his sons Blake & Justin Brewer, daughter Brittany Hickman, brother Mark Brewer and their families. Also left to remember Dan is his extended family and friends.
