Guy Arthur Scofield, Jr., 64, Webster, Texas, formerly of Indianapolis, died Wednesday. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Heritage Park Baptist Church in Webster of which he was a member. He had been a crew member of Host International since September 1992 and was an Army veteran of the Korean war. Survivors: wife, Carol Scofield; daughters, Pamela Hayes and Cynthia DeRousse; sons, Guy Jeffery, John Charles and Donald Scofield; sisters, Norene Smoot, Betty Sheats, and Gladys "Martha Jane" Scofield; brothers, Jim Mosier, Bob Mosier, and Delphord Frances Scofield.
