Don, age 84, passed away at Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka. He was the son of Noble C. and Florence E. (Rowe) Remington. He was a farmer, worked at Gregg Tire in Topeka, and was a custodian for USD # 434 at Santa Fe Trail High School. He married Anita L. Barbro on September 5, 1970, in St. Louis, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Lucille Addington, Marie Waetzig, Helen Boaz, Jean Gish, Pearl Moore, Erma Trowbridge, Idell Piper, Mae Sanchez, Marvin Remington, and Raymond Remington. Survivors include his wife, his children, Jerry Remington and Alicia Mount, his brother, Robert Remington, and one grandson. Graveside memorial services will be held October 16, 2021, at Carbondale Cemetery.
