Norwalk - David Lee Keller, 64, of Norwalk, Iowa passed away Monday, October 4, 2021 of heart complications. Dave was born to Mary (Adair) Keller and William J. Keller on September 12, 1957. He moved to Norwalk in September 1959 where he was very involved in school and sport. He attended NIACC where he played football. He received his AA at DMAC in marketing. He then joined the Air Force where he was an electronic tech and played softball. He earned his BS in Industrial Management at Newman University in Wichita, Kansas. Dave never met a stranger, enjoyed all Iowa sports, the chiefs, Royals and Anaheim Ducks as well as driving his convertible and motorcycle.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Janis Kay Keller in 1974.

He is survived by his brother, Jack (Jolene) Keller, nieces Rhonda Carmi and Jackie (Brian) Sheesley, Judy Hartman, sister-in-law, all of Des Moines, Iowa, sister Joyce (Dennis) Huff, niece Janis (Shannon) Foster of Kansas City and nephew Joe (Lisa) Huff of Anaheim, California, brother Dan (Beth) Keller and niece Chante Keller of Kansas City.

Dave was a great role model and loved his nieces, nephew, Jake (Tola) Thornton and their son, John III, Christina Thornton, and her fiancé Mike Fick. He also leaves 4 great nieces, 4 great nephews and a great great niece. Dave had a big heart and will also be missed by his many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.

Visitation will be held at O'Leary Celebration of Life Center on Saturday, October 9, 2021, at 1:00 pm with services following at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at a later date in Lineville, Iowa.
