CAMPOBELLO, SC - August 2 - Mrs. Katie West Morrow, 67, wife of the late J. J. Morrow, died at 2:25 p.m. Sunday at her home after declining health for eight months.
She was born and reared in Spartanburg County, the daughter of the late Marcus and Amanda West. She had lived in Campobello for a number of years.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. C. A. Aiken, Campobello;p Mrs. Fred Richardson, Charlotte; three sons, Alfred, Ellenbor; John, Charlotte; Barney, Campobello; nine grandchildren; five brothers, R. L., J. H., L. A., and W. M., all of Campobello; and S. F., Spartanburg; a foster brother, Stanley Williams, Inman.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Motlow's Creek Baptist church by the Rev. J. T. Tilman Lake and the Rev. Marshall Smith. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The body is at Petty Funeral Home, Landrum.
