September 14, 1862. Transferred to Co. B, 3d Battn. Ga. Sharpshooters June 8, 1863. Captured at Deep Bottom, Va. August 16, 1864. Paroled at Elmira, N. Y. and sent to James River, Va. for exchange February 20, 1865. No later record. (Born March 3, 1833.)

Children include 3 daughters (Cornelia, Neicee, and Mellon) and two sons (Thomas M. and Lucius).
