Bio

I've been interested in genealogy since a friend introduced me to family research in the 1990's. In 2010, after attending a Veteran's Day observance, I found an error in their handout, so I decided to write as much a genealogy as possible on the cemetery in my town of Statham, Georgia. I've photographed every headstone in the cemetery and have compiled a brief family history on all but a few of the over 370 names. My goal is to provide at least a 4 generation genealogy on each person interred there.

I can provide e-mailed copies of my photo and the history that I've compiled, and I'm willing to visit local cemeteries with perhaps the exceptions of Barrow Memorial Gardens and Evergreen Memorial Park - they are just too large for my arthritic and flat feet.
