Timothy (Tim) Hess sadly lost his battle with cancer, Wednesday, September 29th, 2021. Preceeding his death, he was surrounded by family and friends at the Every Step Hospice in Des Moines.
A celebration of life will commence at 10 A.M. Saturday, October 16th, 2021 at Union Park Methodist Church.
Timothy was born February 10th, 1956, grew up in Indianola, Iowa, and was the 6th of 7 children.
He worked at Lutheran and Methodist hospitals for a combined 30 years. He survived by his wife of 37 years, Sabra, and his sons, Donnie (Ashley) and Steven.
Tim was an avid Iowa sports fan his entire life. He enjoyed watching and playing sports with his sons. He was also a very talented musician. Tim was a kind, gentle man who loved his family, was a joy to be around, and will be missed by all!
