Convict no. 6170. Michael was convicted in Liverpool, Lancashire, England on 1 April 1859 of larceny and sentenced to eight years of transportation to Western Australia. He was given his Ticket of Leave on 12 August 1862 and a Conditional Pardon on 24 May 1865.
