Muscatine Journal - Monday, December 18, 1916 - Wilton - The remains of James Kelley, a former resident of Wilton, arrived from his late home at Reading PA Sunday morning and a short service was held at Oakdale Cemetery, where interment was made. Rev C.L. Stafford conducted the service.
The deceased was 91 years of age and removed form his home at this place about 16 years ago. A grandson, Frank Carter, accompanied the remains here. Two daughters, Jennie Micklin and Mrs Ada Ray of Odebolt, IA came for the funeral and were guests at the W.G. Griffith home. They departed for their homes this morning.
MARRIED - In Wilton. July 14, 1883, at the residence of James Kelley, by Rev. E.P. Smith. Mr. Cyrus W Nicklin, of Eldon, and Miss Jennie Kelley, of Wilton.
