Mrs. Carrie May Dudeck of Atlanta died at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Albert Whiteman in Atlanta. Mrs. Dudeck was born March 21, 1884, one mile and a half west of Atlanta, the daughter of William and Melinda Martin. She was married to Frederick Oscar Dudeck, Nov. 1, 1905 at Arkansas City. She was a member of the Church of God and WSCS of the Atlanta Methodist church.
Besides her husband she is survived by 2 daughters, Mrs. Selma Whiteman, Atlanta, and Mrs. Inez Davis of Burden; 4 sons, Forrest of Atlanta, Herman of Rock, Raymond of Arlington, Va., and Claude of Pascagoula, Miss.; 21 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Mrs. Lavina Lanterman of Winfield, and 1 brother, Alva Martin of Wichita.
Funeral rites will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Atlanta Methodist church with Rev. Paul Irwin of Argonia and Rev. Paul Krivo of Atlanta officiating. Music will be presented by a vocal quartet, Mrs. Dudley Dills, Mrs. Freda Fassnacht, Marvin Henderson and Curtis Hold with Miss Anne Deterding accompanying. Pallbearers will be Keith Dudeck, Charles Mayo, Eldon Whiteman, Bob Otto, William Gordon, and Jim Pearce. Interment will be in the Atlanta cemetery with Miles Mortuary of Burden in charge.
