He was born November 20, 1942 in Summit, Arkansas, the son of Van B. and Eula Eunice (Hardin) Billings.
Robert served in the U. S. Army.
He was a river guide at Gaston's White River Resort for 16 years, and was an avid outdoors man his entire life.
He was preceded in death by his parents; six brothers, Truman Theodore Billings, Virgil George Billings, Ulis Billimgs, Marion Cleve Billings, Everett E. Billings and Clyde Wilbur Billings; five sisters, Louise Latham, Lazelle Margaret Belle Willsey, Lucia Mae Gideon, Ethna Faye Billings and Vanetta Fern Dunn; and two half-sisters, Ruth Belle Johnson and Ruby Opha Patterson.
Survivors include a sister, Charlsie Billings; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation is 10:00 am - 11:00 amSaturday, September 25, 2021 at Luginbuel Chapel.
The Funeral Service is at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 25, 2021, at Luginbuel Chapel.
Burial will follow at Farmington Cemetery.
