Cicero Toombs "C.T." Cheek, passed away on September 1, 2021, in Richmond, Virginia. He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence Rucker and Hettie Sims Cheek, his brothers John Cheek and Lyle Cheek, and sister Mildred Adkins. He is survived by his daughter Sharon Ziglar, her husband Karl, his grandsons Jason and wife Leandra, Jesse and wife Mallory, and great- granddaughter Erin. Also surviving are his sister Regina Gross and brother Bobby Cheek. Cicero served in the Army in the Korean War. He was a General Motors tech mechanic for 40 years in Richmond. He enjoyed racing, hunting, and fishing with family and friends. A private service will be held at a later date.
