Catherine wife of Elijah Turner Oliver was the daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth (Boone) Yoder, and Grand daughter of Ovid Boon (a cousin of Daniel Boone) when Catherine was age two her mother (Elizabeth) died, her Grandfather Ovid and step-grandmother, Susannah raised her.

(3) Daniel Boone born 1734. Ovid's descent is (1) George Boone born 1666. (2) Joseph Boone born 1704. (3) Joseph Boone born 1730. (4) Ovid Boone born 1762.
