Linda Sue Black Bedenbaugh, 74, entered into rest Sunday, September 19, 2021.

Born January 31, 1947 in Saluda, SC to the late Jacob Quinton and Jessie Olean Kirkland Black, she is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, James Harold Bedenbaugh of North Augusta, SC. A graduate of Saluda High School, she was a retired Bookkeeper and Secretary of Clearwater Elementary School for 25 years. She was also a member of Clearwater First Baptist Church.

Surviving are her two children, Bethany Leigh Welsh (Chris) of North Augusta and Brandon Quinn Bedenbaugh (Leslie) of North Augusta, three grandchildren, Colby Welsh, Baylon Bedenbaugh and Karley Bedenbaugh, and two brothers, Bobby Black (Elaine) of Batesburg and Larry Black of Saluda.

Mrs. Bedenbaugh is preceded in death by a sister, Audette Black Feaster.

A graveside service will be held at 1 PM, Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Cleves Matthews Cemetery, 1645 Matthews Road, Batesburg, SC 29006 with Pastor John Bolin officiating. Pallbearers will be Colby Welsh, Baylon Bedenbaugh, Karley Bedenbaugh, Jacob Black, Caleb McMichael and Dawsyn Simmons.
