Donald retired from Firestone Textiles as a supervisor and was the owner and operator of Bessemer City Motorcycle Shop which just celebrated 25 years in business. He loved to race motorcycles and street cars. He was a big supporter of Toys for Tots of Gaston County and always looked forward to serving the community. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and a John Force racing team fan.
Donald is survived by his sons, Donald Lee Price II (Kimberly), John Michael Hyleman; his daughters, Sara Edwards (Todd), Christine Fowler; brother, Blaine Price; sisters, Kathy Moses, Becky Price, Darlene Price, Debbie Price, Jessie Price; fifteen grandchildren, Chris, Preston, Justin, Marie, Kaitlin, Emily, Abbie, Gracie, Alex, Casey, Nick, Josh, Emma, Rachel, Megan; ten great-grandchildren, Michael, Gunner, Teagan, Jackson, Cole, Beckham, Ivy, Angel, Jocelyn, MacKenzie.
In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Hyleman Price; sisters, Betty Bivins, Shirley Price.

Burial: Westview Gardens, Bessemer City.
