HERMAN HUGH JONES, 86, of Bartlett, retired contractor, died of cancer Saturday at Shelby Pines Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Forest Hill Funeral Home East with burial in Memphis Memory Gardens. He was a member of Egypt Baptist Church and a Mason. Mr. Jones, the husband of Catherine Jones for 67 years, also leaves a daughter, Judy Bell of Bartlett; three sons, Stephen M. Jones of Collierville, and Fred Jones and Frank Jones, both of Bartlett; two sisters, Elizabeth Clark of Memphis and Louise Brown of Chesapeake, Va.; a brother, Eugene Jones of Little Rock, 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
